This is how we work
The briefing is the most important part of the process. We’ll provide you with the structure, and you tell us exactly what you want from the project. We’d love to meet with you in person (we’ll buy the coffee), but if we can’t, we’re on the phone, Skype, email and pretty much anything else that enables communication between two human beings.
As part of the briefing, we’ll draw up a schedule and talk it through with you. You can change anything and add as many milestones as you want. You’re the most important person in the room, so you tell us when you want the work by, and when you want us to check in.
This is a central part of all our work. All clients get a guaranteed weekly status meeting of up to one hour. We’ll provide reports, data and lots of the cool stuff we’ve created while working on your project. It’s all part of our famous commitment to communication.
If you want us to keep in touch above and beyond, we are happy to put you on our daily hot list. This means we will get in touch every day without fail, to give you an up to the minute status report. It’s all part of the service.
You’ll pay exactly what you are quoted for, and this quote will come on the back of an extensive and detailed estimate. Itemised and clear, the quote will make it easy to understand the project and how it will take shape. And absolutely nothing starts without your explicit approval.
